Route 30 Paving
Paving work associated with the reconstruction and widening of Route 30 will take place between Renwick Road and Route 59 beginning today. In order to complete the work, as many as 20 trucks per hour will deliver concrete to the work zone, with construction starting as early as 6 a.m. on some days and possibly lasting until 6 p.m. Nighttime operations, including sawcutting of concrete pavement, are also anticipated during this time. Traffic will be detoured, with flaggers present, to Renwick Road and Route 59. Route 30 will be open to local traffic to allow access to local businesses and residences. This detoured portion of the project, between Renwick Road and Route 59, will be completed by late November.
