• You’re headed to the Venetian Hotel in Vegas, Baby!Your night will feature an open bar, heavy appetizers and a Vegas-style atmosphere with live music. Prizes will be awarded throughout the night, featuring the GRAND PRIZE of one lucky couple being swept away in a limo with their packed suitcases, driven to the airport and departing on an all-expenses paid, 3-day stay at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.

• What is included in the ticket price for the suitcase event?
  Each couples tickets will include an open bar package, a heavy appetizer buffet, entry into ALL of the evenings’ drawings, and the after-party!Where can I purchase tickets?
  Tickets are available by visiting calling our location at (630) 739-2377, by visiting Ashbury’s at Bougton Ridge’s at 335 E. Boughton Rd. Bolingbrook, IL 60440, or on our website (on this very page!).

  When is the last day I can purchase tickets?
  The final deadline to purchase tickets is Friday, April 10th.

  What is included in the Grand Prize Giveaway?
  The grand prize couple will be awarded 2 round-trip flights from Chicago to Las Vegas, departing Friday, April 24th and returning Sunday, April 26th; and also includes a 2 night 3 day stay the The Venetian Resort & Hotel.

  When will the the Grand Prize winner’s flight be leaving Chicago?
  The grand prize winner will be transported from the Aloft Hotel Bolingbrook, to the airport on Friday morning for the Chicago to Vegas departure flight! Also back to the aLoft!

  Do I actually need to bring a suitcase the night of the event?
  One lucky couple will be leaving to go to Vegas, and it might just be you! Get jet set and pack our bag like just like you will be leaving to spend the weekend in Vegas!

  What shall we do with our suitcase once we arrive to the event?
  Please bring your suitcases inside to showcase that you are jet set! The staff at Ashbury’s will direct you as to where to place your belongings throughout the duration of the event.

  What about my friends? They would like to join in on #WheretheFunIs, but do not want to participate in the giveaway.
  Night of the event only tickets will be available after the participation deadline of Friday, April 10th. Please check back to the website or call our location beginning Monday, April 13th.

  What is the Suitcase Party or Ashbury’s dress code?
  The suggested dress code is #Fun! Please come dressed casual or to impress! Your choice!

  Is there parking available at Ashbury’s?
  Ashbury’s has a private parking lot located at the facility. Cars may park overnight in our lot for the event, and the Grand Prize Winner is able to leave their vehicle at the facility for the duration of the trip.

  Will transportation be provided by Ashbury’s to the hotel and airport?
  All Chicagoland travel will be provided by Ashbury’s, to the hotel and to the airport. Travel in Las Vegas is the responsibility of the winner.

  What is the weather like in Vegas during this time?
  Beautiful, amazing, and around 80 degrees with little humidity! #Fun!
