Romeoville’s 4th Annual
Costume Ball for 21 and Over
Adults 21 and over should start planning their funny, scary or unique costumes now as Romeoville’s Youth Outreach Commission is gearing up to hold their fourth annual Costume Ball fundraiser. Romeoville Mayor John Noak sponsors the event to benefit the Youth Outreach Commission Scholarship Fund. The event is Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 7 to 11 p.m.
at the Friendship Centre at HighPoint, 175 HighPoint Drive, Romeoville.
“I am so proud once again to sponsor this special event for a worthy cause. It’s just a fun night for adults to get decked out in costumes, enjoy music and dancing and socialize with friends. If you’ve never gone, gather up your friends, family and neighbors to join us there for a fun, worthwhile time,” said Mayor John Noak.
“This event has always been a very important fundraiser for the Youth Outreach Commission helping to provide scholarships to area students. We are determined to increase the number of supporters this year,” said Commission member Holly Butenhoff.
The evening’s activities include a costume contest, DJ, dancing, heavy appetizers, beverages, 50/50 raffle, Chinese raffle, and professional photographer.
Tickets can be purchased for $20 each at the Recreation Center, 900 W. Romeo Road; Village Hall, 1050 W. Romeo Road; HighPoint, 175 HighPoint Drive or DuCap, 201 Canterbury Lane, Unit C, Bolingbrook, IL. Tickets are also available at the door.
